印度商工部反倾销局于2015年7月3日发布公告，对原产于或出口自中国外部直径不超过273毫米或10寸的热轧或冷轧的无缝钢管、合金钢管和除铸铁外的非合金钢管（seamless tubes, pipes& hollow profiles of iron, alloy or non-alloy steel (other than cast iron),whether hot finished or cold drawn or cold rolled,of an external diameter notexceeding 273mm or 10”）发起反倾销调查。

印度商工部于2010年1月对华上述产品发起反倾销调查，2010年11月，宣布终止调查。
